Most people in the US are unaware that most of them are victims of
eating disorders. I believe junk food and/or fast food affect the way
our brains work and our health to a great degree. I feel sick all the
time and with low levels of concentration when I eat fast food and/or
junk food. Ironically I crave fast food and junk food as if it was a
drug. The more I eat the more I want. When I make the effort to eat
healthy I happen to have more energy and feel better but at the same
time my mind and body resents the absence of junk food.
Please share your ideas and let me know of healthy food that decreases
your dependency on junk food.
