Jonathan -
truly truly truly - searching for a solution in pills is only going to end up
destroying your body's natural systems. Please be very careful. The solution to
our problem lies within our own self already. I wish I could take a pill and
have the problem go away, but i know that is just not possible nor healthy. You
clearly have a deeply misinformed perception of your own body. Overcoming that
obstacle comes from introspection and building self esteem. The urge to binge
eat on mexican and pie come from an addiction to processed foods. Both of which
can be resolved through your own work. I am not saying its easy - it's not -
but you'll be healthier.
I am absolutely convinced that you can overcome this obstacle. In buddhism,
when a major obstacle is in our life we say CONGRATULATIONS - because you have a
great opportunity to challenge yourself to overcome something great and in so
doing you'll feel better about your own life.
Let's talk more - I am always willing to chat. I bet there is a lot you have
that would give me insight to my own obstacle as well.
Thank you!

Hello all,
Yesterday was an odd day (as was today). I woke up feeling fat and
so I ended up eating a ton of Mexican food for lunch and dinner. I
went to the gym and was disgusted to find that I weighed 156!! I
didn't leave until I was 153. I am ashamed that I ate a bowl of
cereal and a few slices of pie. This thing is overtaking me and I
can feel it constantly. A few pounds of water-weight can make the
diffence of me having a great night or just wanting to curl up in a
ball and die. I just started new diet pills and an anabolic syrum
for muscle growth. Please guys, give me some feedback.
