External Heat process seems the most easy and safe

But it is written that it has to be done continiously for 21
consecutive days of 46.5 ºC (116 ºF) sitz baths lasting 45 minutes
typically provided 6 months of contraception

so I want to know if its properly done for 21 days then it is not
required to daily do this process for next 6 months?

or

it is necessary to keep doing it daily for successful contraception?
