Brent,
The patent I know of is
Walston, W. T. (1991). Male contraceptive device. US patent 5,063,939.
September 5, 1990.
This information can be found in the heat section of MCIP's review
paper, at www.mcip.info or www.newmalecontraception.org. There is also
a pop-up box you can click on for wet heat options.
You may be interested to know that at the conference we attended this
week, a new over-the-counter sperm motility test was displayed. It is
limited-- just a yes/no on 10 million/ml motile sperm or not-- but it
is the first motility test available over the counter. It's available
in England already and will be on the U.S. market early next year--
unfortunately for about $100, because it is packaged with a female
fertility test.

Subject: [malecontraceptives] Testicular heating device
Does anybody have any info on a patented testicular heating
sac
device? I've been searching for more info or a website to possibly
purchase the device but can only find tidbits of info. A patent
search yeilded nothing. I know it's available somewhere. Can anybody
help?
