I'm fascinated by RISUG too. I did this Men's Health piece a few years back:

You should probably get in touch with Elaine Lissner, who's in contact with
Dr. Guha and with the Canadian doc who's trying to get it approved in Canada.
And if you think of it, let me know what happens. I'd love to do a piece
about an American guy who goes over and gets himself "fixed."
