First of all, I wanted to make sure you've read all the precautions about
heat methods (see
http://gumption.org/mcip/hint.html ). Since you'll be making your own
health decisions, it's important that you be as informed as possible.

Second, once you've read all the Mieusset papers etc., you might find the
