Having the sperm escape tends cause antibodies to build up over time and
this makes it less likely for the person to become fertile. It makes
reversal less likely to work. But for those who want irreversible
sterility, that is probably the way to go.

Well I got my vasectomy!!! It was VERY FAST and painless!!! took bout 15-20 mins. So im sitting here with 2" of gauze in my jock strap...and a big bag o ice!!...

Way to go!! You're so lucky that you didn't get any pain. The needle was uncomfortable, but I think the anaesthesia hadn't kicked in when he cut the first...
