I've been using the wet heat method for several weeks now. I took the
FertiliMarq home fertility test and it indicates that my sperm count
is below 20 million/ml. I plan on going in for a count at a clinic
soon (no hurry since I don't currently have a partner), but I'd like
to start doing my own counts. Does anyone on here have experience with
this? I have access to microscopes, chemicals, stains, and lab
equipment. I just don't know how to do it. I can't seem to find any
books in the library that explain how to do sperm counts.
