The RBM partnership has developed a commitment proposal for the Clinton Global Initiative based on the community competence model, please see http://www.clintonglobalinitiative.org/NETCOMMUNITY/Page.aspx?&pid=739&srcid=457 and the attachment for more details.

We don't yet have news of any matching funds to carry forward this work, but we will keep you updated.
