Thanks for your complements.
Indeed mobilising resources is one of the stambling block in most African
Country. It took me a lot of efforts and finally I made it through a network
of NGO against malaria. After a lot of advocacy I managed to convice the
network on the Competence process and agreed to solicit funding for the
workshop.
The RBM availed funding for 2 facilitators (Kamala and another one from
Kenya) to help in facilitating the workshop.
The lesson I learned is that when you have somebody from outside your
country in your facilitation team, the attitude and level of acceptance is
different.
However lessons from Gambia, were very useful during our facilitation.
