Dear Marlou,
This is a good information.
Putting the proposal to global funds is the best sustainable way to
implement competence aproach in both malaria and NGO.
What I am planning is to write a country proposal through an NGO for the
scaling up of both malaria nad HIV competence in Tanzania.
Should it indicate the constellation as an implementing partner?
Marlou, I will try to work more harder so that I finish the two proposal and
if you dont mind I can forward it to you and other member of the
constellation for comments.
Regards,
Clement.
