Dr. Tallah, Plan Country Health Advisor/Coordinator
has consented to get in touch with you on this issue.
Please also make effort to reach her. She is very much
interested in this competence process. Please see how
you can work with her to promote the process in
Cameroon. She told me she knows you I therefore think
you will not find it difficult to work with her.

I would have loved being in touch with you while I was
in Yaounde. Please let me know when you get in touch
with Dr. Tallah on this issue.
