Sorry I didnot reply promptly, I just get back after 3- weeks trip. The project
director is out of office right now. It could be interesting to add to the
budget a proposal. I have submitted to him what has been sent by Marlou and
still waiting for his decision. In addtion, we are planning a exploratory visit
in Sierra Leone in the second half of March for Repositionning Family planning,
Malaria et other child survival issues. It will be aslo good to confer with the
NMCP manager and see what could be done together.

We are still looking for funds to start our country
plan but we have not received anything yet. Our
intention is to get funds for the National
Consultative Meeting which we can conduct in March
2006. During the meeting, we will then sell our
country plan to every one including in country donor
representatives for subsequent funding of the entire
country plan.

the consultative meeting or the entire country plan.
