This is a group for anyone suffering from a condition called Maladaptive Daydreaming(MD). This is a condition where excessive daydreaming has taken over your life and has crossed over into an addiction. This group is to support people who find daydreaming to be a problem and something that is interfering with their lives. Maladaptive Daydreaming is very different from normal, healthy daydreaming. This group is for advice and support for MD sufferers to help cope with and/or try to recover from MD.

Convictions and opinions on this topic vary widely and we ask that if you choose to join, to please keep it RESPECTFUL.The majority of people on this site find MD something that is malicious and destructive in their lives and something to overcome. Anyone who enjoys and celebrates their MD is welcome on this forum but please be respectful of those who don't share that opinion.
