Through another newsgroup (remoteviewing@...) I have
received a question about whether ELF and VLF EM field can effect
brain-related functions, including RV, ESP etc. If any of you know
about new litterature in this area, I would welcome your input. I did
a search last week on the new NIH-CAM pubmed database, and turned up
some interesting stuff on bioemf, but nothing on this. This is my

I was at a conference on Island in 1977 about the Russian system.
If you are interested in this stuff, it was publised as "the
Iceland Papers" edited by
Elizabeth Rauscher. More recent work on ELF,VLF etc.
effects have been done by Michael Persinger, who has
written several books on the subject, and you will find
a review of earlier litterature (up to 1978) in my
book "cycles of heaven".
