That just brought up a question!
I still have 3 burners working on my old (no longer made my GE, and no parts
available) Magnetic Induction Range. I love this stove top to pieces!
Peter, do you know of any effect from cooking with magnetic induction?
Of course, it's still basically powered by electricity.
With this manner of cooking one can only use pots and pans that are magnetic,
like stainless steel and cast iron.
