Many thanks for your reply. I am based in the UK. The conversion from
£ to $ is as follows:

UK £4.99 = 7.271927 U.S. dollars

Thanks for the tip with the needle. I really am completely new to this
so need all the help and advice that I can get.

Of course I always like to stick my two cents in because it is important to make sure the poles are correct either by using a magnetometer or using a compass...
