I would try either the Kenkotherm Knee brace by Nikken
which uses magnetics or they also have a knee brace
which uses the far-infrared technology that Physical
Therapists use called the Elastomag. These have both
helped me and I have had knee problems for years due
to sports injuries in high school. Good luck.
