Hello friends,

I hope my suggestions will be helpful. Everyone is different though
and has different needs so follow your heart and head when possible.
I was given a "six
months to live" diagnosis many years ago. I have been hospitalized a
few times but I have found that the following suggestions have kept
me as healthy as I can be. I have had great success with magnetic
therapy for pain as well as healing. I have put together a web-site
that offers critical information and research from several studies
and doctor's advice on the use of magnetic therapies. You may visit
at
http://www.davidmcclurg.net/magneticjewelry/

I have become so positive about magnetic therapy that I began
designing jewelry that applies all the knowledge I have gained over
the years. I make every piece
Of jewelry with great care and test polarity, so that I am certain
that a person will benefit the most from their therapy. I like the
jewelry solution because it
provides the therapy constantly and in this way the greatest benefits
are achieved. I have some more suggestions for those that find
themselves in situations like mine.

First, you need good and solid western medical care. Mistakes happen
with them from time to time so make sure you find a specialist in the
area of your condition. If you do not respond to traditional
treatments, you must assert yourself further in order to get into
phase trials of new medicines. If possible avoid phase 1 trials and
go for phase 3 trials, as there are fewer complications by that time.

Second, Do not dismiss alternative therapies, as many of them are
only alternative because there is not a ton of money in them or they
cannot be patented. Many have beneficial effects and will compliment
your traditional therapies. Do check with your physician to make sure
there are no conflicts or contradictions in the therapies you choose.
I have used acupuncture, herbs (especially a good Chinese doctor),
nutritional supplements, magnetic therapy (north polarity in almost
every case as south can have damaging effects if used improperly)
This is one of the best articles on alternative therapy that I have
seen.

Third, I believe that your mental attitude is crucial. You must
maintain your will to live and push yourself through many hard and
stressful times ahead.
Do not worry about how you look. Believe me these things are not
necessarily forever. I also think that a deep spiritual belief or
belief system is helpful. If you can afford it, see a counselor or
psychologist to help with your attitude about death and dying. I
regularly read Shambhala Sun Magazine to help my attitude. You can
read all the back issues for free at
http://www.shambhalasun.com/

Fourth, One of the best natural healers is forgiveness, letting go of
the past and lots of love from those who care about you. Surround
yourself with them no matter what you look like and do not take out
any anger about your situation on them. Use a professional for that.

Fifth, you are responsible for your health. Keep your doctors
appointments and follow-ups. Determine an action plan and stick with
it as much as possible.
Always search the Internet for new medical advances for your
condition. You are likely missing positive results because your
physician cannot know everything and does not. Do not ever assume
that!

Well that is all my advice for now. Doing these things has kept me
alive for years after a six-month death sentence. I hope you can do
the same. Please feel free to learn more about me personally at
http://www.davidmcclurg.net/

Thanks and have a wonderful day. Oh! Last you should stay in the
moment and enjoy the rest of your beautiful life. You are still here
now and improvement can happen in sometimes unexplainable ways.

Best of wishes

David
