The IABC is now accepting papers for the 8th international
conference in Nanking, China. The bioelectromagnetics group in
Copenhagen is presenting 3 papers, and for non-english speaking
participants, we are once again offering to help in preparation of
your manuscript, should it be neccessary. (Half of the last congress
proceedings were written by Chinese, and I can tell you, it is
difficult reading! Not to mention the Hungarians, Germans, Greeks,
etc...)

Dear IABC Members, Associates, and Supporters,
Attached please find:
1. Announcement: 8th International Congress of the IABC
to be held in Nanning, China,
September 20 - 24th, 2004
2. First Call for Papers. Deadline is May 31, 2004.
Information needed to prepare submissions is included
in the attachments.
You will be pleased to learn that the scope of research involving
BCEC theory has expanded, and remarkable new medical successes are
being realized. Additional information is included in the
attachment.
IABC Vice President, Professor Xin Yu-Ling, has been working
tirelessly for the past decade to help physicians and hospitals in
the Pacific Rim develop the capacity to offer electrochemical
therapy (EchT) to cancer and hemangioma patients. Today South Korea
and Taiwan, China, and Indonesia are offering this exceptionally
successful therapy.
In Greece, Professor P. Anninos and colleagues have been
successfully treating neurological disorders using picoTesla
Magnetic Therapy, or pTMT. In fact, his recent paper on Alzheimer's
Disease will, according to the publisher, be the first paper ever
accepted for publication demonstrating a therapy which will reverse
the symptoms of this devastating disease. The galley proofs are
being reviewed at this writing.
In the U.S. Professor George D. O'Clock and Dr. John Jarding, are
making steady progress with FDA required research leading to
eventual approval of the application of microcurrents to treat Age
Related Macular Degeneration.
Finally, EchT is being researched by a group at the University of
Pennsylvania. Let's hope that someday this therapy will become as
accepted and widely available in the US as it is in China, Germany,
Poland, and other countries of the world.
Information on the venue may be accessed by means of "Google" ...
type in "Nanning, China" and this should do it. Nanning is one of
the most beautiful cities in China, and autumn is the best time of
year for a visit.
If you are unable to open the attachment, please advise. The
information will be sent by other means.
Cordially,
Carl F. Firley
