This group will provide support and guidance in pursuing a macrobiotic way of life. We will have potluck dinners, a book discussion group, and any other ideas that members come up with. The group will include members from the DC/Maryland area and anywhere else in the US that has people who are interested in Macrobiotics. Please share recipes, restaurant suggestions and book titles, exercises, daily living suggestions and anything else of interest.
