The purpose of this group is to build, to grow and to serve the macrobiotic community of Atlanta. It is designed as a bulletin board, or message center, for the members of the community to communicate informally with one another on a day to day basis. Here you can ask questions, share your experiences and testimonies, exchange your favorite recipes, find someone that could support you in learning, cooking and pulling through a health crisis you might be experiencing. This group is open to anyone who wishes to be a part, so please pass on the word to friends and neighbors.
