I am a personal trainer and am here to provide a forum where any person of any current level of fitness, from novice to advanced, can come and learn proper training techniques, methods and modalities. This group is here to provide a network for people to share their experiences with other members wanting to lose weight, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular health.

I do not promote fad diets, quick loss programs, or magic pills, but rather proven sound scientific advice as directed by the American College of Sports Medicine.

Losing weight and gaining muscle in a HEALTHY AND SAFE manner requires three tenets: Exercise, proper nutrition, and time. Through this group I intend to create a support channel for all of you looking to improve yourselves and most importantly create a forum to keep you motivated toward achieving your goals.

Learn and share what works and motivates others and get answers to some of those perplexing exercise questions: working out, bariatric sports and nutrition therapy, lifting weights, the gym life, physical fitness, supplements, Steroids, dieting, nutrition, health, injuries, gym music, Fitness Club attitudes, Personal Trainers, Creatine, Protein, Shakes, Protein Bars, etc.

Pump Iron at the gym, and then come here to discuss your training, work-outs, supplements, health, injuries, etc.

I have no doubt that the pain you are experiencing are from the injuries you sustained many years ago, but I also believe it may be from years of inactivity.

Thank you! What you say makes sense, because moving around seems to loosen up the joints and make them less stiff. I will do as you say. Some reading I've done
