Description
Lysinuric Protein Intolerance Support Group is a support group that was set up for those dealing with the rare urea cycle disorder called Lysinuric Protein Intolerance (LPI). This support group is set up in memory of James Robert who died at the age of 35 months after struggling from the effects of LPI PAP (Pulmonary Alveolar Proteinosis).
This is **ONLY** a support group and is **NOT** intended to take the place of a medical professional's treatment. It is a place to share, cry, seek comfort, laugh, find tips and meet people who just "Get It!" The group is here to help decrease stress and isolation by providing emotional support and information to families by connecting with those who have similar concerns. Our desire is to share, support and help each other in a friendly environment.

I would like to welcome anyone who stumbles across this support group. As you can tell the membership is low, but the group is out there for those who need it,
