I have schizoaffective disorder...diagnosed about 2 years ago after 3
years of visits to mental hospitals, shrinks, etc.  All of my problems
stem from drug use I believe, but the doctors say that I may have had
a schizo-form disease that became more dominate after the use of
drugs.  I've very lightly used exstacy, coke, presciption pills, and
was a regualar pot smoker for a number of years.  But what really
messed my head up was the use of hallucinogenics, mainly LSD. Not long
after I had a phychotic episode and was in jail for 9 months, which
was horrible on me mentally sort of in a perma-trip.  Well I am on 6
different medications at the moment that has reintigrated me back into
society, so to say.  I'm a spiritual person and was wondering if there
are any practices, etc. that can heal my mind.  Sorry if this doesn't
fit with the normal mantra of this group.  Any responses would be
greatly appreciated.  Thanks
