Ok mate try this. A perception is the visual information provided by
the anlyse of sense data. This perception can be affected by the
speeds at which the three brains anlyse the given data. At very high
speeds ones perception can be totally different to others. In the main
we work at relativly low speeds which means most of the time we stay
in touch with eachother. Sometimes one may reach a high speed so fast
one can actually see a perception forming, but most people would call
that an hallusination.
