This is a new group for families who have a child that is either nonverbal or is minimally verbal due to a developmental disorder such as autism or PDD. This group is designed to provide support as well as information that can be useful in dealing with this type of child. Having a child that cannot communicate effectively through verbal communication presents unique challenges for families.
