I'm glad you had fun with your family! I bet it was nice to spend time with
them. I bet it was pretty crazy though. And it seems family never wants to let
you eat lowcarb. But I know you can start anew and get back on the lowcarb
wagon.
This challenge goes through April 12. Four more weeks.
My MIL is doing well. She has been moved to a rehab facility so she can get some
good physical therapy before she goes home.

I had a bad week...I didnot weigh b/c I thought it might make it worse :(
Not that this is an excuse, but I have been really busy and my mom, grandma
and step dad have been here for the last few weeks and my schedule is way
off. I really need to be focused and organized to do well. I feel ill from
it all (visit is really fine and fun, though :) and today is a new day. I
CAN'T go on like this. Seems like once I make aplan to lose, I gain. My
goal is to lose to get back to where I was (I think 5 lbs is the most I
could have gained all together) and then re-evaluate.
I hope your MIL's surgery went well and she is recooperating nicely. Have a
good week!
PS When is this challenge over? I am not sure when Easter is....is it the
6th? 13th? That is when my girls are off from school so I thought one of
those SUndays....
