Well, I also gained all of my weight back starting last January when I broke my
ankle, so I am actually restarting my diet today. What a coincidence. I was
just trying to figure out what I can eat for breakfast but it looks like eggs
are it, lol! Its been so long it doesn't come naturally anymore to just know
what to eat.
But I want to lose as much weight as I can before Halloween (for my costume)
then before Christmas (obvious reasons, lol).
I like the idea of a challenge, so I will put my weight out there now to get it
started. It is 198#. Will you be needing measurements or BMI or? Let me know!

It's great that you have kept 15 pounds off. That is very positive! Usually,
when people gain the weight back, they put on everything they lost plus some
(like I did). So those 15 pounds are something you can take hold of as a
positive thing and run with it.
Is there something we can do as a group that would help with motivation? I'm in
need of some major motivation right now. I think we should come together and
make it happen.
What about a biggest loser competition with fun prizes and badges and things
each week?
