Hi Florence!
Good for you! That's great that you are keeping track of your
measurments. That is so encouraging when you don't see anything
coming off the scale. I know when I was doing Kimkins earlier this
year, the measurements were keeping me going, not the scale.
I've also experienced the temptation from family members to cheat.
I'm not sure why they do that either. Kinda weird, huh? It seems like
they would want to show their love by encouraging a healthy
lifestyle, not the other way around. Great job sticking in there!
Also, happy birthday! It probably feels great to be smaller this time
around. And you'll be even lighter next year! :) I hope to be lighter
by my next birthday too. It's in September, so I'd better get my butt
in gear. We just got back from a two-week trip to China, adopting our
11-month old daughter. She is such a joy, it's hard to concentrate on
anything but her right now. But I know I have to start getting
serious about my eating. I don't want to gain anymore and I need to
start losing.
Keep us informed of your journey and let us know if we can help in
any way.
Vanessa
