My name is Florence and I'm on my 4th week of South Beach.
I haven't lost an ounce, but I've lost 3 inches in my waist and 1 inch
off my hips.
Yesterday was my birthday so I did indulge in a piece of birthday
cake. I made sure it was a small sliver and went back on track. I
think the toughest thing about following any type of plan is
consistency. Just keeping with it and being patient. Also family
members get some kind of kick out of distracting you from the plan.
Don't get why they do that though.
I walk 5 days a week for 45 mins and do the Total Gym beginner workout
3 times a week.
My goal is just to stay on the plan right now.
