Hello. I am fairly new to the realization that I must seek some support via
other persons who also realize the need to start and commit themselves to a way
of eating that makes them feel good, able to lose weight and then maintain that
loss, OMG, it is hard for me to admit my starting weight. Okay here goes,
August of 2007..I weighed 283.0 pounds. On January 1,2008...I weighed 215.0
pounds. And then I started to just eat really bad. I now weigh 235.0. I was
trying really hard..I did the low carbs everyday of the week except Thurdays and
just any random family or national holiday. (That was were I could eat anything
I wanted) for the family or national holiday meal and then it was right back to
low carbs. I am currently thinking that is what I will do for the remainer of my
life. Because I know that for me this worked!! I guess I am here for some
encouragement. So does anybody have any they would be willing to share? Thanks
for allowing me to read your messages.
