Right now, just focus on eating healthy and eating enough. The weight loss
undoubtedly will start up again once you are back in the right place health
wise and all. Just be patient as your body is switching back from baby
nurturing to taking care of just you. :) Your health and sleep schedules are
probably a little out of whack right now.
Keep eating right... don't neglect your nutritional supplements either. Be
sure to strive to get enough sleep, as that plays havoc on your system as
well.
When your body is ready, you will start losing again.
