Still bouncing around between 187 and 190. My weight always fluctuated,
but being pregnant now it is even worse! LOL. Had a Dr. Appt on Friday
and the baby (we think it's a girl!) is up to 2 lbs 7 oz. It was about
1.5 lbs last month, so growing good even though I am not gaining any
weight. Doc said it's OK, and he wouldn't want me to gain more than 1/2
lb per week anyway, but as long as the baby is growing and i'm eating OK
(their only concern is i'm not eating - boy do i ever eat!) then they
are OK with it.

all of them, at the level i am at now i can allow my self some
higher-carb things that once i am not pregnant and go back to really low
carb will be cheating

Just moving around while pregnant is exercise enough!

Just to stay about where i am, and keep working on having a healthy baby
in September.
