Well, I definetly need to get back on a low carb plan! I lost 10
pounds or so, and started exercising and doing weights a lot (4 - 6
times a week!). The scale stopped going down, but I was always between
123 - 127. So carbs slowly started creeping back into my diet! And
that vicious cycle of starting to eat more carbs, and getting lazy is
starting up again! My workouts have slowed down to 2 times a week, and
I'm back up to 130 ... It's amazing how high sugar and refined starches
affect your mental attitude!!
Okay, so I'm going to start cutting back! Funny, how it started with
putting 1 tsp of sugar in my tea in the mornings, now I'm up to 3
tsps!!
