Hi there everyone!
I have been on the Atkins Approach for 11 days now and I have lost 18.1
pounds so far. I have cut out all bread, sugar and starch (during the
first 2 week induction period) and I feel better now ( at age 34) than
I did when I was 25. I am a diabetic and my bg has dropped 200 points
in the past 11 days. I have been able to stop using the insulin and
control my bg with diet and excersize.
Beginning weight: 298.6
Current weight : 280.5
Target Weight : 180.0
