3 wks I have lost 10 lbs so far..not doing it 100%..I feel you should
deprive yourself 100% of anything. I put myself in ketosis then added
salads, veggie. So if the weight loss starts to platue..i'll put my
self back into ketosis.
THanks for the info Laura..I have been wanting to check out Atkins. I
think I will start doing that as soon as I hit my goal weight..I have
17lbs to go :-)
