Hi everyone,
I am new to this group. Is their anyone out there following Sugar
Busters? I am having problems w/breakfasts. I get up at 430am to go
work out at the gym, I drink a protein shake, but I need something
else that is fast and I could eat it in the car on my way to the gym.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I am going to try to eat some
cheerios also, w/my shake. I also need something small to eat after
the gym, I do cardio for 30 minutes and then lift weights for about
30-45 minutes, any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
