Now, does anyone have any other great appetizer recipes they could share?

For New Year's Eve, I'm having a party and just serving LC appetizers, so I'm
looking for some really outstanding low carb appetizers that can wow even
non-low carbers. (If I don't put out anything high carb, then I won't be
tempted, right? Method to my madness! :) )

Anyway, do you have an appetizer that you make for parties that everyone is
always raving about and asking you for the recipe? If so, would you mind
sharing? I'd really like to find some fun new recipes for my party this year.
