All I know is that support is important, wherever you can get it. This site
seems like a warm place :D and I'm enjoying myself on the Challenge groups over
at Kimkins. The girls are really nice and they don't mind my dumb questions,
LOL.

I hadn't heard of Kimkins either, but then my coworker told me about it. I
did a Google search and saw that quite a few Hollywood celebrities were doing it
like Jessica Alba (I don't know how to post the link, but Google "Jessica Alba
Kimkins" and you'll see it.

Now I'm seeing it all over the place! I've tried Weight Watchers (too
expensive) and Jenny Craig (really too expensive), plus the weight loss was kind
of slow. Now I'm not complaining one bit!
