I am new to the group. I am really trying to do a low sugar diet...
which is hard as a chocolate addict. But maybe this will help.
started last sunday
lost 3 lbs
1 day cheating
exercised at least 3 days
goal for this week, sunday through sunday... is loose 2-3 lbs, 2
days of cheating by eating only 2 chocolate bars, one today and one
saturday
exercise at least 3 days
here goes :)
