Sue's Chocolate Almond Bowl Muffin
1 scoop chocolate designer whey
1 scoop almond flour (about 1/4 cup)
1 egg
2 tbsp cream
water to make batter
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 drops sweetzfree
Mix all ingredients together in this order in a large bowl
Microwave on high for 2 minutes
This is really good cut in half and toasted with lots of butter on it! :)
