Congrats again to you. We are all here for you. I have been a member for quite
awile but did not get serious until around Oct-Nov. I have gone from 189 to 157.
I wasn't very good last week though, but I am back on track and are due for
weigh in on Monday. My goal is to get down to 125-130 by the end of April for a
cruise. No cheat days for awhile. Hope to hear from you on your progress. Have a
