You must have been in great shape in the military. When my brother got out of
the navy, he was in the best shape of his life. He could do some amazing things
like balance on one hand on the seat of a chair and stuff. :)
Good luck with getting down to 140! How much further do you have to go?

Wow, that is fantastic and a great idea with the chart! I want to get down to
about 140 before I do some serious exercise (I hate exercising with jiggly body
parts). I was in the military about 10 years ago and was overweight but a lot of
it was muscle and I could do 40 or 50 pushups and endless situps no problem, now
I can barely do 2...lol.
Anyway, when I get down to there I want to take kick boxing lessons.
Good luck with the Taebo, you are doing awesome!!!!

"...I made a goal for myself to do Taebo 20
times in the month of September. I just took it up again on September 1st
after not having done it for about a year. I made a little chart for
myself of 20 days that I can color in. I'm adding one day to the chart
each month until I'm up to 25 times per month. It helps to have the chart
because I like to see things checked off. I've done it 6 times so far....
