I started LC in November last year and have lost almost 60 lbs so far. I've

I'm down to hovering around 131 (when it's not TOM - LOL) and my goal weight was
130. Not bad to only have 1 more lb to lose. Now my goals are really fitness
oriented. I want to tone up more and lose the flab i still have, so i hit the
gym for weights and cardio four days a week.
I did good over the summer with the exception of my week-long hiatus while i was
on vacation. I didn't go overboard, but i allowed myself some indulgences that
i wouldn't normally, including dessert at a Persian restaurant (hey, i just
can't get that stuff here :( ) Other than that week i was out of town i ate on
plan all summer really. I am more at maintenance levels now, so allow myself a
few more things than others might.

We've gone too long without much activity in this group. We need to
get back to posting everyday, keeping each other accountable,
celebrating our successes, and swapping ideas. Since it is back to
school time, let's start back up with a roll call. If you want to get
involved in this group again, reply to this email with your name, your
stats (optional if you don't want everyone to know your weight), and
how you've been doing over the summer.
For those who give their stats, I will make a chart. Each week we can
report our progress, and I will keep track of it. There are several
things we can do with the chart. Write in and tell me your ideas of
what we could do with the chart each week, fun ways to celebrate our
weight loss, and encourage each other to keep going. We need some
fresh happenings in this club. I think we could all benefit from it.
