Hey Everyone,
We've gone too long without much activity in this group. We need to
get back to posting everyday, keeping each other accountable,
celebrating our successes, and swapping ideas. Since it is back to
school time, let's start back up with a roll call. If you want to get
involved in this group again, reply to this email with your name, your
stats (optional if you don't want everyone to know your weight), and
how you've been doing over the summer.
For those who give their stats, I will make a chart. Each week we can
report our progress, and I will keep track of it. There are several
things we can do with the chart. Write in and tell me your ideas of
what we could do with the chart each week, fun ways to celebrate our
weight loss, and encourage each other to keep going. We need some
fresh happenings in this club. I think we could all benefit from it.
