Good ole TOM! Ugh!

Last week I lost 2 pounds. I made a goal for myself to do Taebo 20 times in the
month of September. I just took it up again on September 1st after not having
done it for about a year. I made a little chart for myself of 20 days that I can
color in. I'm adding one day to the chart each month until I'm up to 25 times
per month. It helps to have the chart because I like to see things checked off.
I've done it 6 times so far. It's definitely paying off. My husband told me my
legs looked great yesterday. He doesn't usually say things like that! Woohoo!

But this weekend my cousin cooked for us and I ate a bunch of bad stuff. It was
very tasty, but went straight to the scale! I'm hoping that I'll be back to
where I was on Friday by tomorrow. On Friday I was 138.5 and today I was 140.
Not bad.
