I...sad to say...am one of those on again off again dieters. I have not
been on this site for a long time. My weight has always stayed the
same, which I guess is a good thing. I am easily side tracked when
dieting, thinking that I am going to miss out on something. And yes I
despise the word...DIETING. But I am trying my hardest to think of this
as a lifestyle change and to get the word dieting out of my vocabulary.
I only started 3 days ago and have lost 3 pounds (water weight I know),
but it is a start. I will check in on Saturdays and participate more
with the group to try to keep my motivation going. Have a great week.
