Dreamfields is about the only low carb product I would recommend, but I do
also recommend moderation with it. Perhaps a once or twice a month treat.

I try to stay away from ALL of the other low carb products. I lose best when
I do that. No candies, no bars, no fake foods, no junk food.

If you aren't losing, first look at the low carb products in your life. Try
eliminating some of those, and I bet you'll probably start losing again.

Focus on whole, real foods. Meat, veggies, eggs. Go sparingly on
cheese/dairy.
