Ugh reprise. At my age two straight nights of partying is not a thing to behold!
Hopefully Justin will be merciful and grant me some sleep today and tonight. I
may be unemployed, but I do try to get up on weekdays and pretend like I'm not.

Yes, I surmised that, yet since you expressed confusion over it, I replied in an
attempt to disambiguate you.

I joined to receive support and to offer what support I can. No one's chains can
get rattled if they themselves do not allow it. Who the heck is the ultimate
authority over our own chains anyway?

Yes, you have the truth of it about the proposition numbers, though how much
parol should be granted to Prop 8 supporters may make Prop 9 relevant. Anyway,
we live in AZ which currently has a new constitutional ammendment prohibiting
this state from recognizing our marriage. Since I "came out" back in 1974, I
know it's just a matter of time so I don't rattle my chains over it.

Yeah. I have Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (the latest version sold for the
Kindle.) I also have Dr. Atkins Diabetes Revolution (which was written by two of
his collegues after his death) on my Kindle BUT it is the first and only book
I've ever purchased for my Kindle I'm fighting to get my money back for because
the formatting of (JUST) the actual diet part is not done in text but rather in
graphics so small they are unreadable on the K2. Since I gave away my DTB copy
when I got the Kindle version, it was with gnashing of teeth and rending of
rainment that I ordered a new copy that has yet to arrive.

As for my plan, I'm on the Jai Michael Ketogenic Iteration of the Atkins Diet
with the emphasis on keeping my bgl, lipids, and BP in healthy ranges. If I lose
weight in the process, great! BTW (and don't think I can't fortell the
collective intake of breath comming from the list) currently I get most of my
figures by dowsing them, only checking in with my doctor to verify them every
few months or so. Since I've been dowsing since I learned from the late Bill
Finch at the age of 18 while I was at University in Tucson and dowse
professionally for clients today, I have no qualms about using it for myself in
this way. I have my own system (after so many decades) of doing this, but for
anyone interested in seeing one official "kit" a dowser in India offers for this
express purpose, they may check here:

http://store.harmony000.org/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=25&products_id=44

I can't recommend his system nor not-recommend it; I've never done business /w
him & have no financial interest in any of the stuff I write.

I cooked six chicken breasts as well as a big pot of carne machaca (1.5 K meat)
for the coming week. I currently eat up to 40g carbs/day and stay in ketosis
(per strips), loose weight (albeit that has currently slowed even though I've
gone down a pants size), have good bgl and aside from sleep deprivation which I
plan to remedy in 5 minutes, feel swell for an old codger :)

May we all be well and do well,

Jai-ro-Scope
